What is your refund policy?

You can change your mind and get a full refund under the following conditions:

  • When purchasing a 1-month subscription, you have 3 days to request a refund.
  • When subscribing for 6 months, you have 7 days to request a refund.
  • When subscribing for 12 months, you have 14 days to request a refund ("Refund" and "Refund Period").

Please note that you can only receive a refund within the refund period, and if you cancel the paid services after this period, you will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, you can only receive one refund. If you repurchase any of our paid services after this, no refund will be provided upon subsequent cancellation. After the refund is issued, your paid services will be automatically terminated.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified, except where applicable laws prohibit us or our payment providers from issuing refunds. In the case of cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be made in the same cryptocurrency or in another cryptocurrency if the cryptocurrency used for the purchase becomes unavailable or unsuitable for use. The refund amount in cryptocurrency will be calculated based on the equivalent in US dollars of the price paid at the time of purchase, minus any fees. Payments made with prepaid cards or gift cards will not be refunded if such refunds are not supported by the card provider.

Paid services purchased through Google Play or the App Store are subject to the refund policy of Google Play or the App Store, so if you purchased paid services through Google Play or the App Store, we are unable to provide a refund, and our refund obligations under this section will not apply.
